Zinfest March 20-22, 2009

I made it up to Zinfest '09. My second time was a charm. The weekend started with a night at Tobin James' giant party at the winery, with live bands in every corner, endless food and all his super bold wines - my palate was tired by the end of the night. Saturday and Sunday I visited my favorites and finally joined Denner's wineclub along the way. Additionally, it was a nice surprise to discover a bunch of brand new wineries. My favorite new winery in Paso is Jada!

Actually, you asked at just the right time... there's a weekend event coming up this Saturday! It's our first-ever online tasting, followed by a wine potluck / barbecue deal. Should be pretty delicious. I'm sending an e-mail with more info tomorrow. Hope you can make it!
